The River Blue is designed as a mix of mid-rise commercial buildings, luxury high-rise towers, and a select few waterfront townhouses. Adding rarely attainable convenience, each townhouse boasts its own private parking area, which is acce sible by rear egress.
Also nearing completion are the residential towers over the retail space, which features parking accommodation for more than one thousand cars, as planned. Along the river, a grand waterfront esplanade is perpetuating this jewel of a development.

[Flushing Waterfront]

With over one million square feet to be developed on the Flushing waterfront, we curated a practical plan mix consisting of mid-rise commercial buildings and luxury highrise towers. Known as "The River Blue", this project encompasses Brownfield remediation, master planning, waterfront permitting and construction.

In total, our plans support 350 residential units along with several exquisite waterfront townhomes. These will feature a locational rarity: private parking accessible by the townhomes’ rear entrance, creating a unique experience of luxury and convenience.

The residential towers will be built over prime retail space complete with parking accommodation for an excess of 1,000 vehicles. To add island-like appeal, a waterfront esplanade will be built along the river.
