To realize our ambitions, we keep to those guidelines we’ve perfected over the years. These include maintaining a principal focus on multiunit commercial properties, creating value-added opportunities through fortified tenant relationships, and employing a disciplined integrated investment and management strategy to maximize ROI.To that end, we seek out underperforming shopping malls and other commercial-use centers. With strategic re-tenanting in choice primary and secondary markets, we turn70% occupancy into 98% and higher.
