Our management arm began as a commitment to self-manage our properties on behalf of our valued partners. Over the years, our innovative amenities integration and property-specific management model attracted the attention of investors and owners outside our immediate network.

ABS now manages a collection of commercial real estate properties, including many high-end retail centers situated in the Northeast region of the United States.
We have skin in the game, and have learned all there is to know about the industry on our own dime.
This positions us as a unique management firm with the savvy to:

Our carefully considered staff includes a dozen full-time managers, a resourceful administrative team, skilled technical personnel, and a first-class mobile cleaning crew. Each senior staff member travels extensively to study and examine the offered amenities in countries throughout the world. We then integrate the most unique yet viable concepts into our projects.
